Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver CA coaching programs to enhance customer service skills
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in customer service across all clinics
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement training plans to address identified gaps
  • Train through various methodologies, including e-learning, online, and face-to-face sessions
  • Conduct induction programs for new joiners, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
  • Administer on-the-job training to support team members in their roles
  • Develop and update training modules to reflect changing business needs
Requirements:
  • Completion of year 12 or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a client-facing role
  • Passion for training and service excellence
  • Confident public speaking skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Ability to travel interstate and hold a valid driver's license
  • Highly organized and deadline-driven
  • Proven track record as a CA with a focus on delivering results
