Delivery Capability Manager

As a Delivery Capability Manager, you will play a vital role in the design and development of transformation initiatives across our Cash & Transactional Banking division. You will join a dedicated team focused on retention, engagement, and depth of relationship with existing Consumer & Business customers.
You will be responsible for supporting oversight and management of key suppliers to drive business outcomes, analyzing data to identify opportunities for growth, building strong relationships across teams to deliver innovative digital experiences, and accelerating market delivery through continuous improvement.
Key Accountabilities- Support oversight and management of key suppliers to ensure compliance with Group Supplier frameworks and policies.
- Analyze and leverage data to identify opportunities to meet business outcomes.
- Build strong relationships across teams to support the design and delivery of operational data models.
- Collaboratively design and deliver innovative cash and transactional banking digital experiences to meet customer needs.
- Achieve business objectives by accelerating market delivery through continuous improvement and an agile mindset.
