This role will see you finding new opportunities, ideating on how to improve our training and people capability program and building and delivering transformational change. You will partner with our Branches, Contact Centre and Virtual teams and key stakeholders across, Product, Risk, Compliance and Learning & Development and to develop local solutions and drive this transformation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the leadership team to create a culture of continuous learning and growth across front line roles
- Use data and insights from across the channels business to support the uplift of capability across Channels
- Carry out coaching of frontline staff
- Design and oversee updates to learning material that enable the transfer of the required skills knowledge and behaviours to existing and new employees with a view to embedding ongoing and continual improvement in capability
- Working closely with both 1st and 2nd line credit underwriting teams to identify and close any knowledge gaps across the ERM and PRM cohorts
- Record evidence of coaching/training and measure the effectiveness of it
Requirements

**Requirements**:

- Workplace Trainer and Assessor Certificate IV and or other related formal qualification on Adult education and learning principles desirable
- Experience of working with teams that are geographically dispersed
- Experience of providing consultative advice to business stakeholders
- A self-starter with strong leadership skills, resilient and tenacious with focus on execution and delivery.
- Strong influencing, negotiating and stakeholder management skills along with excellent written and verbal communication
- Superior organisational skills with the ability to effectively prioritise and meet critical deadlines
- Experience in coordinating / managing training projects.
