Capability Development Lead

This is a unique opportunity to drive strategic capability development initiatives, collaborating with senior leaders to identify skill gaps and design comprehensive capability programs.

The role oversees career pathway development and ensures employees have the resources to advance their careers. Key accountabilities include leading the design and delivery of capability frameworks, managing the learning and development process, and evaluating training effectiveness.

To excel in this position, you should have extensive experience in learning and development, strong project management skills, and a background in instructional design and competency frameworks. You should also be knowledgeable about the latest trends and technologies in learning and development, possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and have a relevant degree and professional certifications.
