Site Equipment Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced technical support professional to join our team in the Pilbara region. As a site support fitter, you will be responsible for providing expert technical assistance to our customers and ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment.

The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge of construction and mining equipment, as well as strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. You will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

• Providing technical support and troubleshooting services to customers
• Performing diagnostic evaluations and fault-finding exercises
• Conducting hydraulic and electrical testing, machine inspections, and customer reports
• Working closely with internal departments to provide high levels of service
• Promoting parts and service sales and margin targets

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Relevant trade qualifications
• Excellent technical knowledge of construction and mining equipment
• Excellent computer literacy skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to travel as required
