Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fitter to join our team as a Site Support Fitter.

  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers at the mine site in Western Australia.
  • Perform diagnostic evaluations, trouble shooting and fault finding on Hitachi equipment.
  • Conduct hydraulic and electrical testing, machine inspections and customer reports.

The ideal candidate will possess relevant trade qualifications, excellent technical knowledge of construction/mining equipment, computer literacy skills including Microsoft Excel, good communication and customer service skills, and the ability to travel as required.

In return for your hard work and commitment, you will receive a competitive starting wage, 15% nightshift loading, zone allowance, and the potential to earn bi-annual bonuses. You will also have access to multiple rosters and ad hoc opportunities, scaled rates, superannuation paid on all ordinary hours, minimum 12hrs paid for all work days whilst working in the Pilbara, paid airport standby time and flight travel time, reimbursements for transport to and from home to airport or airport parking, and much more.
