Job Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading OEM in the mining industry.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintain and repair various types of mining equipment, performing planned maintenance and major component change outs across different mine sites.
  2. Collaborate with experienced team members to complete quality work while providing excellent customer service to clients.
  3. Hold relevant Australian (or Australian recognised) mobile plant trade qualifications.
  4. Have extensive knowledge and experience of mining equipment, including the Hitachi range.
  5. Be able to work effectively in remote areas as part of a supported team.
  6. possess strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships.
  7. A police clearance and current drivers licence are required.

  • Superannuation paid on all ordinary hours up to 12 hours per rostered shift.
  • Minimum 12hrs paid for all work days whilst working in the Pilbara on rostered days.
  • 1hr of Airport standby time & 2hrs of flight travel time paid to/from the Pilbara.
  • All travel hours on site paid – airport to site, intersite, and site to camp / vice versa.
  • Reimbursements paid for transport to and from home to airport, or airport parking.
  • Brand new HP Laptop provided to new employees – no more paper timesheets.
  • 12hrs paid fatigue days whilst in the Pilbara.
  • 210hr annual leave & 10 days' personal leave per annum.
