Role Summary

As a skilled technical professional, you will play a key role in supporting customers with technical issues and delivering solutions to meet their needs.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a new greenfield site, utilizing your expertise to drive results and make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical support for customers
  • Diagnostic evaluations, troubleshooting, and fault finding
  • Hydraulic and electrical testing, machine inspections, and customer reporting
  • Collaboration with internal departments to provide high levels of service
  • Parts and service promotion in line with sales targets
  • Assistance with technical faults on HCA equipment range
Requirements:
  • Relevant trade qualifications
  • Excellent technical knowledge of construction/mine equipment
  • Strong computer literacy skills and Microsoft Excel knowledge
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to travel as required
Benefits:

  • All travel hours on site paid – airport to site, intersite, and site to camp/vice versa
