Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic/Fitter Opportunity

This permanent role involves performing onsite repairs on a wide range of Hitachi equipment, including excavators. As a trade qualified Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic/Fitter, you will be responsible for attending to site breakdowns within the designated territory and surrounding areas.

  • Perform diagnostics and undertake repair work on site
  • Liaise with customers in the network and build strong relationships
  • Work with internal technical support staff to achieve successful maintenance

Requirements
  • Hold relevant Australian mobile plant trade qualifications
  • Have experience and knowledge of civil and mining equipment
  • Hold a valid driver's license
  • Be able to work autonomously in remote areas
  • Have good communication and customer service skills
  • Have excellent technical knowledge and diagnostic ability
