About the Role:

This exciting opportunity will allow you to collaborate closely with the Finance and Non-Financial teams at Ambition Group, serving as a key Business Partner to various business units. You will work closely with the Senior Leadership team, ensuring accurate financial reporting and providing strategic financial insights to support business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Contribute to Project Accounting, including analysis and driving business cases for strategic initiatives.
  2. Develop and implement financial plans that align with overall company strategies, focusing on strategic and financial planning.
  3. Manage annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and operational reviews, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
  4. Perform financial appraisals, scenario analysis, and scenario assessments to identify risks and opportunities, driving business growth.
  5. Utilize strong analytical skills to perform detailed financial analysis and develop business cases for investment and improvement projects.
  6. Collaborate with business unit teams across finance and non-finance teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and open communication.
  7. Deliver accurate monthly financial results, forecasts, and budget reports, providing actionable insights for decision-making.
  8. Lead the creation of dashboards, ensuring timely and practical insights are available for strategic decision-making.
  9. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, driving efficiency and effectiveness in financial reporting, systems, and processes.
  10. Partner with the financial accounting team to maintain an effective internal control environment, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial information.

Requirements:

  1. CA/CPA accreditation is highly desirable.
  2. Between 8-10 years' experience in the manufacturing, medical device, or similar environment.
  3. Proven experience in FP&A, budgeting, and financial management, with a focus on strategic financial planning and project management.
  4. Hands-on experience using ERP and BI tools (e.g. Power BI).
  5. Strong communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
