We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our Technology and Strategic Services team at Paramount Pictures. As a key member of our finance team, you will provide critical support to our business colleagues and assist in financial planning, budgeting, and financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the annual operating plan, long-range plan, and capital planning to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including P&L variance analysis, to inform business decisions.
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning.
- Partner with the finance team to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data and reports.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
- 2-4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the media and entertainment industry.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with SAP or Oracle is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
