We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Support Worker. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of adults with disabilities.
As a Support Worker, you will provide group and one-on-one support to clients, empowering them to connect, grow, and thrive through meaningful activities in our centres and community settings.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing personal care and assisting with daily living tasks

- Working collaboratively with a dedicated team to create safe, inclusive, and empowering experiences for every client
