Trade Business Development Manager

About the Role:
We are expanding our account management team to better service our clients across Australia. As a key member, you will manage a portfolio of trade businesses, developing strong relationships and growing revenue against targets.

Your Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of trade businesses in Australia
- Act as the primary contact for clients and handle inbound and outbound calls
- Nurture and retain revenue within your portfolio against monthly targets
About You:
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer service
- Results-driven with a track record of achieving sales, retention, or similar KPIs
- Able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and provide solutions to customers
