Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of trade businesses in Australia
  • Act as the primary contact for clients and handle inbound and outbound calls
  • Nurture and retain revenue within your portfolio against monthly targets

About You:

  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer service
  • Results-driven with a track record of achieving sales, retention, or similar KPIs
  • Able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and provide solutions to customers
