Senior Sales and Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and 2IC professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for servicing our customers effectively and efficiently, while driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Acting 2IC, responsible for servicing customers effectively and efficiently
- Counter Sales, telesales, quotes, sales orders, and general customer care
- Building genuine relationships with customers and becoming an expert in our high-tech product range
- Helping to drive sales growth by being part of the engine room to service customers' day-to-day needs
- Previous sales experience within a wholesale company, selling to trades (plumbing, electrical, timber, security, or any wholesale industry that sells to trades people)
- Ability to multitask and flourish in a high-volume activity environment
- Proactive mindset, taking a reactive day and making it a proactive one
- Strong admin skills, attention to detail, and system-savvy
- Confident people person with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Australian/New Zealand resident or citizen; sponsorship not offered for this role
