Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive business growth and development within our travel network. As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the travel industry.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise and network to drive revenue growth.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and profitability.
- Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a business development role, preferably within the travel industry.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve business objectives.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and profitability.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
