Compliance and Business Process Manager

Job Description:
">The Compliance and Business Improvement Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing compliance across our sites, equipment, and services. This includes managing incident reporting, privacy notifications, FOI requests, and regulatory reporting.
They will also oversee accreditation processes for non-doctor staff, site registrations, and equipment compliance, ensuring that all necessary frameworks are in place to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
Additionally, the Compliance and Business Improvement Supervisor will prepare compliance and contract reports, supporting investigations and follow-up actions as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications">- Strong Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Attention to Detail: Proven ability to ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Effective Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
