ERP Lead Job Description

Elevate Your Career with a Leading Role in Business Process Management.

We seek an experienced ERP Lead to join our national business network across multiple locations in Western Australia.

The successful candidate will ensure all aspects of current business processes are supported, including integrations and data, for seamless business continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System maintenance, overseeing the daily functionality and optimization of the Enterprise Resource Planning system.
  • Business Analysis, collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
  • Business Engagement, building strong relationships with key areas of the business and prioritizing critical failures.
  • Productivity and performance management of consultants and system integrators working on JDE Edwards.
  • Vendor Management, reviewing, engaging, and testing support, updates, and new upgrades through partners.
  • Strategy and Planning, developing roadmaps and presenting regular status updates.
  • Participation in project planning, task estimation, and risk identification.
  • Training and Support of end-users on JDE, its modules, functionalities, queries, or troubleshooting.
  • Compliance and Security adherence through established company protocols.
