About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Data Analyst to join our team. As an HR Services Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering HR data, workforce insights, and analytical services.
To succeed in this role, you will need extensive experience in data analytics, using data to inform insights and strategic decision-making.
You will also require experience in business improvement, enhancement, and integration of HR systems and processes to achieve best practice standards in service delivery.
Furthermore, you should have expertise in using a range of technologies and business systems (such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) to prepare data, reports, presentations, and recommendations.
In addition, you should have extensive experience in human resource management, business, or data analytics and implementing various human resources services, programs, and process improvements.
Lastly, you must have a strong understanding of legislation, policy, and guidelines relevant to public sector HR management combined with knowledge of contemporary HR trends and practices.
