The Clinical Excellence Commission (CEC) is seeking an experienced Human Resource (HR) professional to lead and manage the HR functions of the organisation. As the Workforce, People & Culture Manager, you will provide strategic and operational advice/direction in relation to workforce, people and culture matters.
The role will oversee facilities management for the organisation and be the key contact between the agency and 1RR facilities management for all building and WHS related matters. You will establish a centralised professional network for all general administrative roles and functions across the organisation.
The role reports to the Director of Corporate Services and forms an integral part of the corporate services management team.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the Human Resource (HR) functions of the organisation.
- Provide strategic and operational advice/direction in relation to workforce, people and culture matters.
- Oversight of facilities management for the organisation.
- Establish a centralised professional network for all general administrative roles and functions across the organisation.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business or other related discipline and relevant extensive work experience. This includes strong operational and strategic Human Resource (HR) experience, preferably in a health or government context.
Demonstrated experience leading and developing the capability of team/s, coaching and advising managers, whilst fostering a performance based and positive workplace culture.
Demonstrated experience in project management and leading change,
