Branch Operations Manager

About the Role

The primary focus is on managing branch operations and ensuring long-term sustainability. This includes overseeing financial indicators, leading sales and account management planning, and developing a positive branch culture.

  1. Developing strategies to improve staff well-being and attract new talent.
  2. Ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.
  3. Oversight of candidate supply to meet demand.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing a branch providing services directly to NDIS participants.

Key Requirements
  • Strong leadership skills with prior experience managing a team.
  • Financial acumen, including experience managing a P&L.
  • Valid Driving Licence.
