Senior Consultant - Transaction Diligence Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant to join our Transaction Diligence team. As a key member of the team, you will be working with large organisations, fast-growing companies, and private equity firms on complex deals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in due diligence engagements related to the acquisition or disposal of businesses by private equity investors or strategic corporate buyers.
  • Analyse financial/operational results of targets through reviewing accounting records, conducting interviews with management, and preparing/evaluating pro forma financial information.
  • Identify and analyse key value drivers to deliver financial and commercial insights, which directly impact deal value and deal structuring.
  • Collaborate with colleagues from other disciplines on multi-faceted projects in cross-border environments.
Requirements:
  • Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, business, finance, or economics.
  • Membership in the Institute of Chartered Accountants or an international equivalent is required.
  • Demonstrate strong Excel skills and a high level of proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis.
  • Exhibit a strong work ethic and the ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas in a collaborative team environment.
