Transaction Advisory Expert
We are seeking an experienced Transaction Advisory professional to join our team. As a key member of the Transaction Advisory Group, you will be responsible for delivering top-tier financial due diligence services to private equity, infrastructure, and corporate clients.
Main Responsibilities:Engage in due diligence engagements for business acquisitions or disposals, collaborating with private equity investors and strategic corporate buyers.
Conduct in-depth analysis of financial and operational performance by examining accounting records and engaging with management teams.
Develop and assess pro forma financial data to support strategic decision-making.
Uncover critical factors influencing purchase price and deal structuring to optimize transaction outcomes.
Deliver insightful findings and actionable recommendations through comprehensive analysis.
Experience in a Financial Due Diligence role, along with a background in a Big 4 environment.
CPA or CA qualified.
Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint, ideally with experience in data analytics and visualization software.
Willingness to travel within Australia (where practical and possible).
A drive to succeed, take initiative and have positive interpersonal and communication skills that fit into our culture.
Familiarity with deal structuring and negotiation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
