Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Personal Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will provide tailored care services to our clients, ensuring their comfort and independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide mobility assistance, including transfers and transportation.
  • Offer social support and companionship to enhance the quality of life for our clients.
  • Assist with domestic tasks, such as light housekeeping and meal preparation.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Previous experience in aged care, disability, or home and community care.
  • A qualification in Aged Care, Disability, Individual Support, or Nursing.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
  • An NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts in different locations.
