Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage client clinical care services, ensuring exceptional patient outcomes and experience
  • Develop and implement effective care plans tailored to individual client needs
  • Manage and supervise care staff, providing guidance and coaching as required
  • Liaise with families, general practitioners, allied health professionals, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Conduct regular supervisions with employees, highlighting areas for improvement and development
Requirements
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Recent experience as a Community Registered Nurse, with a strong understanding of home care services
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a customer-centric approach
  • A valid NSW driver's license, with the flexibility to travel across Sydney's Inner Suburbs
