About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our people team at Frazer Jones. The successful candidate will work closely with leaders and stakeholders to develop and implement HR initiatives that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Employee Engagement & Wellbeing: Provide dedicated guidance and coaching to people leaders and employees to enhance employee engagement, wellbeing, and retention.
  • Performance Management & Employee Relations: Lead and guide managers through performance management and employee relations, including performance improvement plans and talent development initiatives.
  • Training Needs Identification & Delivery: Identify training needs and collaborate internally to deliver relevant content or courses.
  • Annual Salary Review & Compliance: Assist with the annual salary review processes and ensure compliance with local employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Culture Development & Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships across the firm to influence the future development of culture and practices.
  • Staff Planning, Workflow, & Talent Acquisition: Assist with staff planning, workflow distribution, and talent acquisition.

About You:

  • Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience as a HR Business Partner, with Learning & Development expertise.
  • Professional services experience required.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  • Able to work face-to-face, 4 days in the Sydney office.
