Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Promotion Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective promotions and offers to attract and retain customers.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of customer behavior and market trends, as well as excellent communication and project management skills. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling offers and campaigns that drive business objectives and meet customer needs.

The Promotion Manager will be responsible for establishing a roadmap informed by experimentation, and partnering with data analytics teams to determine the optimal methods to measure promotions ROI, marginal efficiency, and impact on long-term LTVs. They will also partner with performance marketing and customer engagement teams to deploy promotions at scale across all touchpoints.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in growth/CRM/product with a focus on optimizing promotions, and experience running similar lifecycle promotional programs. They will also have a solid understanding of CRM/digital marketing principles and tools, including A/B testing, multivariate testing, and statistical analysis.

Requirements:
  • Experience in Growth/CRM/Product with a focus on optimising promotions
  • Previous experience running similar lifecycle promotional programs is a plus
  • Bachelor degree
  • Solid experience in CRM/Digital Marketing
  • Experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and statistical analysis.
