Optimize Supply Chain Outcomes

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will drive accurate demand forecasts, ensuring optimal availability for core products, new launches, and key promotional materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the demand planning process to develop, maintain, and continuously improve rolling demand forecasts.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to capture market insights.
  • Lead monthly Demand Review processes.
  • Manage demand planning for product lifecycle events, including launches, phase-ins, phase-outs, and discontinuations.
  • Analyze point-of-sale (POS) data and market trends to adjust forecasts and identify demand patterns.

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in Demand Planning within FMCG, retail, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or dynamic supply chain environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Statistics, or related quantitative fields.
  • Proven track record of managing demand forecasts for complex product portfolios.
  • Strong proficiency in demand planning systems (SAP IBP ideally) and ERP systems (SAP ideally).
  • Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, Pivot Tables, etc.); Power BI experience is a plus.
  • Experience with statistical forecasting methods and tools.
  • Data-driven mindset: analytical ability to operate in complex planning environments and generate actionable insights.
