Key Responsibilities
  • We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Technology Officer to develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with our business objectives, scalability, and operational efficiency.
  • The ideal candidate will create and manage the technology budget, optimizing resource allocation and ensuring cost-effective solutions.
  • They will work closely with our leadership team to set clear priorities and goals for IT management and production, balancing short-term and long-term needs.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing IT resource allocation, setting goals and KPIs, and monitoring performance metrics.
  • They will also facilitate the development and implementation of disaster recovery and IT security plans.
  • The Chief Technology Officer will spearhead IT projects to increase our market reach and improve our unique selling proposition (USP).
  • They will oversee all system design and changes in system architecture.
  • The role requires effective communication of technology strategy to partners and investors.

Main Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chief Technology Officer or equivalent role.
  • Strong technical expertise in IT strategy, architecture, and operations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with disaster recovery and IT security planning.
