Job Title: Workforce Trainer & Skill Developer
About the Role:
This is an opportunity to support organisational growth by designing and delivering contextualised training aligned to accredited units of training.
Responsibilities:
- Develop on-the-job delivery of training tailored to staff needs.
- Conduct regular visits across the network to map required topics for administrative staff.
- Deliver accredited training within the scope of practice through approved trainer profiles.
- Assist in mapping contextualised training to accreditation standards.
Requirements:
- C Class Driver's Licence (QLD)
- Criminal History Check
- QLD Blue Card prior to commencement
- Certificate III Business or higher
- 3-5+ years medical reception experience
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116)
- Ability to travel across South East Queensland
- Demonstrated experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities
- Health record system experience, particularly MMeX
