Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing strategic workforce planning functions within large complex frontline services.
- Leading the development of workforce strategies that drive business outcomes.
- Providing valued advice to executives and senior management on workforce planning activities.
- Implementing key activities, reporting, and evaluating the Strategic Workforce Plan.
- Monitoring internal and external environments to identify risks and opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and be able to apply this knowledge in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience in HR leadership roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a team environment.
