We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Program Coordinator to join our Pathways to Safety and Support team.
This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who shares our commitment to providing culturally appropriate support to children, young people, and families affected by problematic and harmful sexual behaviours (PHSB).
As a key member of the team, you will work closely with our staff to develop and implement tailored support plans that address the unique needs of each individual or family.
You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments, coordinating wrap-around services, and ensuring that all interventions are delivered in a culturally safe and respectful manner.
We are looking for someone with strong communication and case management skills, as well as experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and other diverse groups.
If you have a passion for social work, psychology, or human services, and a commitment to reconciliation, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding role.
The successful candidate will have a tertiary qualification in a relevant field, as well as significant experience working in child protection or similar settings.
They will also possess excellent assessment and case planning skills, with a strengths-based and trauma-informed approach.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position, with flexible work arrangements available, including hybrid home/office options and a generous salary packaging scheme.

Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop and implement tailored support plans for individuals and families.
- Coordinate wrap-around services, working closely with government departments, schools, health services, and community agencies.
- Ensure all interventions are delivered in a culturally safe and respectful manner.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including families, carers, and community members.
- Monitor and evaluate program outcomes, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
- Tertiary qualification in social work, psychology, human services, or a related field.
- Significant experience working in child protection or similar settings.
- Strong communication and case management skills.
- Excellent assessment and case planning skills, with a strengths-based and trauma-informed approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a culturally diverse environment.
- Full-time contract until 30/06/2026.
- Salary $45.05ph - $48.47ph + Super + Salary Packaging (salary dependent on lived experience and qualifications).
