Child Protection Specialist

Protect vulnerable children and support their families in a dynamic role that requires compassion, resilience, and effective communication. Our Child Protection Specialists work sensitively with parents, family members, children or young people to ensure their safety and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and respond to reports of child safety concerns
  • Develop and implement safety plans and risk assessments
  • Collaborate with other agencies and stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes
  • Provide guidance and support to families to promote healthy relationships and safe environments
What We're Looking For:

To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to build positive working relationships, and a valid driver's license. A Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field is preferred, but not essential if you can demonstrate relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.
