Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organised Administration Officer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in an administrative role, dealing with various tasks and responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities- As the first point of contact, you will handle incoming calls and visitors professionally and efficiently.
- You will be responsible for responding to resident inquiries, referring them to the Manager/Supervisor as needed.
- General administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, word processing, minute-taking, and photocopying will be part of your daily duties.
- You will input and maintain records to ensure compliance with internal and external reporting requirements.
- Ensuring adherence to health, safety, and quality standards is also a critical aspect of this role.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Effective time management skills and a strong understanding of the importance of meeting deadlines.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and work towards common goals.
- Proven ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
