Sales Support Administration role at Nutrien Ag Solutions - Australia

Location: Albany, WA. Employment type: Full-time.

Responsibilities
  • Perform all aspects of Livestock Administration including advertising and preparation of on-farm sales, signage, brochures, and ad-hoc collateral.
  • Coordinate all NLIS transfers, ensuring compliance procedures are followed.
  • Provide professional and timely customer service to existing and prospective clients.
  • Manage vendor and purchaser accounts relevant to all Livestock transactions.
  • Participate in sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Handle livestock-related enquiries to Saleyards and surrounding region.
  • Collect and process all livestock reports and share with relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist with ad hoc livestock activities as needed.
What we are looking for
  • Previous experience in a team support role in a busy environment.
  • A passion for Australian farming and agriculture.
  • Effective verbal and written communications skills.
  • Problem solving skills and empathy to resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent computer skills including SAP, Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • A current and clean full driver's license.
