Sales Support Administration role at Nutrien Ag Solutions - Australia
Location: Albany, WA. Employment type: Full-time.
Responsibilities- Perform all aspects of Livestock Administration including advertising and preparation of on-farm sales, signage, brochures, and ad-hoc collateral.
- Coordinate all NLIS transfers, ensuring compliance procedures are followed.
- Provide professional and timely customer service to existing and prospective clients.
- Manage vendor and purchaser accounts relevant to all Livestock transactions.
- Participate in sales and marketing initiatives.
- Handle livestock-related enquiries to Saleyards and surrounding region.
- Collect and process all livestock reports and share with relevant stakeholders.
- Assist with ad hoc livestock activities as needed.
- Previous experience in a team support role in a busy environment.
- A passion for Australian farming and agriculture.
- Effective verbal and written communications skills.
- Problem solving skills and empathy to resolve customer issues promptly.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent computer skills including SAP, Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- A current and clean full driver's license.
