Director of Healthcare Services

This role offers the chance to shape the future of residents' wellbeing by drawing on your clinical background and expertise.
You will report directly to the Residential Aged Care Manager and be responsible for leading by example, nurturing relationships with residents and their families, training and developing carers and nurses, and overseeing clinic operations.
A key aspect of this position is the development and implementation of clinical care programs to ensure the highest standards of care are met. You will also be responsible for fiscal management, ensuring effective budgeting and resource allocation.
We seek an honest and ethical leader who is passionate about learning and self-improvement. Your qualifications as a registered nurse and current registration with the relevant authority will serve as a strong foundation for success in this role.
The ideal candidate will possess a genuine desire to make a positive impact on people's lives, at least 3 years of experience in a nursing management role, and proven skills in managing teams and budgets.
