Lead Clinic Operations

The role of a Clinic Services Director is critical to the success of our healthcare organization.

As the lead, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the clinic to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.

  • Operational Excellence:
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve clinical efficiency, productivity, and quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Team Leadership:

  • Supervise and support staff, including Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Medical Assistants (MAs), and receptionists.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Implement initiatives to enhance patient care and service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Nursing, or other related field or 3-5 years of healthcare management experience.
