Description:

The key to delivering high-quality healthcare services lies in effective leadership and management. As a Nursing Unit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing team, ensuring patient care meets the highest standards, and implementing policies that drive service excellence.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve healthcare outcomes, including infection control and medication management.
  • Lead and manage the nursing team, focusing on recruitment, training, and performance enhancement.
  • Collaborate with other managers and directors to ensure seamless coordination of service provision.
  • Interface effectively with custodial and program staff to achieve common goals.

Requirements:

  • A Registered Nurse currently registered with the relevant nursing board.
  • At least one full year of nursing experience, showcasing strong leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
