Job Title: Healthcare Service Director

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled leader to oversee the delivery of healthcare services for patients in a correctional centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating health services for patients, as well as overseeing the delivery of those services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and manage the delivery of healthcare services for all patients admitted to the correctional centre.
  • Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate health services for patients and oversee the delivery of those services.
  • Co-ordinate and monitor service provision, and implement and monitor activity relating to service planning and development and policy development.
  • Interface effectively with other managers and service directors within Justice Health and Corrective Service New South Wales (CSNSW) custodial and program staff.
