Workplace Relations Expert

This role sees you at the forefront of handling a wide range of workplace relations issues, providing expert advice on complex matters and negotiating with employees.

  • Represent the organization in employment tribunals.
  • Guide a talented team to navigate sensitive workplace relations issues.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead initiatives to drive workplace relations strategy, partnership and collaboration across the organization.
  • Partner with HR teams to design and implement policies ensuring seamless, client-focused services.
  • Provide expert advice on complex issues, fostering positive relationships with employees and senior leaders to enhance engagement.
  • Manage consultation frameworks, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across the organization.
  • Negotiate with employees to resolve disputes and achieve fair, practical employment conditions.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, ensuring excellence in service delivery and continuous professional growth.
Requirements
  • Qualifications in Workplace Relations, HR Management, Law or other related qualifications and extensive practical experience in workplace relations matters.
  • Highly developed knowledge of employment legislation and ability to conduct legal research.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of the current workplace relations framework.
  • Experience as a workplace relations advocate proven ability to negotiate on complex workplace relations matters.
