Job Title: User Support

This role offers the opportunity to provide exceptional customer support to clients using Buy-side Order Management System products.

About the Role

The Sydney Analytics team provides high-level support for Bloomberg's sell-side and buy-side clients, working alongside Enterprise Sales and Product to influence client usage patterns, ensure accurate responses to multi-asset analytics inquiries, gather feedback, mentor, and educate new employees.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide customer support to clients using Buy-side OMS products.
  2. Build detailed knowledge of order management systems and technology solutions.
  3. Develop expertise in Client Service, Product, and Domain Expertise.
  4. Contribute to sales campaigns, prioritize product enhancement requests, and provide customer intelligence to drive product improvements and sales performance.
Requirements
  • Financial Services or Financial Technology experience (3+ years).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience supporting or using order management or electronic trading systems.
  • Buy-side markets knowledge and understanding of the full trade lifecycle.
  • Strong communication skills across stakeholder levels.
  • Ownership mindset and proactive collaboration skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to assist with product testing and project management.
  • Evidence of career growth within organizations.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of connectivity protocols, interest in technology, and coding.
  • Experience with Bloomberg or similar enterprise solutions and asset classes.
