Early Childhood Educator

The successful applicant will provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years in a culturally sensitive and inclusive environment.

  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of individual children, taking into account their unique strengths, abilities, and cultural backgrounds.
  • Establish positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to ensure a supportive and collaborative learning environment.
  • Monitor and record children's progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness, and developing strategies to address any concerns.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver educational programs that cater to diverse learning styles and needs.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including those related to child safety, health, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
