Job Title: Early Childhood Educator

About the Role:

The successful applicant will provide support to the team to ensure high-quality education, care, and development is delivered for children engaged in our service.

They will assist in planning, preparation, and implementation of programs suited to the needs of the children attending our Congress Child Care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, prepare, and implement programs for children attending our Congress Child Care.
  • Provide support to the team to ensure high-quality education, care, and development is delivered.
  • Interpret and apply information about how children learn and develop in practical ways.
  • Communicate effectively in a cross-cultural environment.
Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Children's Services or proof of enrolment upon commencement of employment.
  • Able to demonstrate a working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Regulations and Standards.
  • Proven ability to interpret and apply information provided about diverse teaching strategies that meet individual learning styles.
