Lead and Inspire in a Dynamic Early Childhood Environment

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate educator to join our team as an Early Childhood Teacher/Educational Leader. This unique role combines hands-on teaching with educational leadership, offering autonomy, impact, and variety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the delivery of high-quality early childhood education programs
  • Mentoring and supporting educators with curriculum planning and EYLF alignment
  • Facilitating educator performance and fostering team collaboration
  • Delivering engaging teaching and learning experiences on the floor
  • Ensuring compliance with NQF and regulatory frameworks
  • Planning and documenting educational programs and learning outcomes
  • Building strong relationships with families and the broader community

Requirements:

To qualify, you will need a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or a Graduate Diploma (ACECQA-approved). Candidates who are working towards their qualification will be considered if they have completed at least 50% and meet Northern Territory requirements. A minimum of 3 years' experience in early childhood or classroom teaching is essential.
