  • Establish and maintain relationships with third-party payroll providers, guaranteeing accuracy, compliance, and exceptional service.
  • Deliver reliable, transparent, and actionable payroll information to inform business decisions and ensure robust internal controls.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years' experience in payroll roles, with expertise in managing multi-jurisdiction payrolls.
  • Extensive knowledge of payroll compliance regimes in APAC, North America, and EMEA.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading or contributing to payroll transformation projects.
  • Expertise in developing and maintaining strong internal controls to safeguard financial information and protect organizational assets.
