Global Payroll Expertise

We are seeking a skilled Global Payroll Manager to lead our international payroll operations. As the key person in this role, you will be responsible for ensuring employees across multiple jurisdictions receive accurate and timely compensation.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a Payroll Manager in complex organisations operating across multiple geographies. They will be familiar with Workday, ADP GlobalView, and/or Ramco Payce Global Payroll systems and possess exceptional interpersonal skills.

This strategic role involves overseeing the outsourced payroll function for Australia and New Zealand, while also guiding payroll operations for transitioning Asian countries. The successful candidate will act as a key partner to Finance, HR, and Operations, leveraging their deep expertise in payroll systems, compliance, and process optimisation.

  • Oversight of payroll compliance team and provision of guidance to payroll operations conducted by the Aurecon Payroll team.
  • Strategic initiatives to continually improve and enhance payroll processes.
  • Ensuring incumbent Australia & New Zealand payroll managed service provider meets all SLAs and contractual/compliance obligations.
  • Transitioning Asian countries to global payroll managed service provider and overseeing its effective delivery.
  • Implementation and roll-out of future global managed payroll services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate and timely payment of employees' salaries and benefits.
  • Develop and implement payroll strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Lead payroll compliance efforts and ensure adherence to local, national, and international regulations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with finance, HR, and operations teams to drive business outcomes.
