Job Title

We are seeking a Chief Global Compensation Strategist to lead and optimize global compensation processes. This role involves overseeing monthly data collection, processing, and payroll reporting across international client engagements.

About the Role

This hybrid position is based in Sydney, Australia, or Melbourne, Australia. Roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate across borders for integrated delivery: Coordinate with global teams and client contacts to align tax, payroll, compensation, and social security reporting.
  • Drive client success and regional growth: Engage in strategic client meetings, support onboarding and implementation, mentor junior team members, and contribute to expanding services and capabilities across the APAC region.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience in global mobility and compliance, skilled in data analysis and stakeholder management, and detail-oriented and process-driven.
