Job Summary

This is an opportunity to lead our payroll operations globally, ensuring accurate and timely compensation for employees across multiple jurisdictions.

  • Oversee monthly, fortnightly, and ad-hoc pay runs, guaranteeing precision and punctuality.
  • Manage payroll reporting, journal preparation, and balance sheet reconciliations on a monthly basis.
  • Lead the compliance team in Melbourne and provide oversight to payroll operations conducted by our team in Manila.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance payroll processes strategically and manage change effectively.
  • Evaluate the performance of our managed service provider in Australia and New Zealand, ensuring they meet contractual obligations.
  • Promote the implementation of global managed payroll services.

About You

A seasoned professional with extensive experience as a Payroll Manager is essential. Familiarity with Workday, ADP GlobalView, and/or Ramco Payce Global Payroll is highly valued. Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and demonstrated leadership ability are also crucial.
