Our division has expanded its digital and medical aesthetics offering with the acquisition of telehealth provider Instant Scripts and the SILK Group, which operates a network of around 140 wholly-owned, joint venture and franchised clinics.

Job Overview

This key role will involve supporting 19 Priceline stores in the SA region, guiding our Pharmacy Franchise Partners to success, and identifying growth opportunities.

You will work closely with the WA/SA State Manager, developing customised strategies, streamlining operations, and enhancing profitability.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  1. Demonstrated experience in multi-site retail industry management;
  2. A minimum of 2 years' experience in franchising, preferably in FMCG retail;
  3. A proven track record of working with business owners/managers across multiple sites to drive business improvement programs;
  4. SUCCESSFUL DEVELOPMENT OF HIGH CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE/SATISFACTION LEVELS IN COLLABORATION WITH BUSINESS OWNERS/MANAGERS;
  5. A STRONG ABILITY TO CULTIVATE A HIGH-PERFORMANCE TEAM CULTURE IN PARTNERSHIP WITH BUSINESS OWNERS/MANAGERS ACROSS MULTIPLE SITES.

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 per annum, based on industry standards and the level of responsibility involved.
