Job Title: Change Enablement Specialist

This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about driving meaningful transformation. You'll have the opportunity to work with senior stakeholders, influence, coach, and support leaders through change.

Requirements:
  • 3–5 years' experience planning and implementing change management within cross-functional transformation programs.
  • A strong grasp of change methodologies such as PROSCI or PCI.
  • Proven ability to design change management strategies, including communications, training, and readiness planning.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and building trusted relationships across diverse teams.
