Job Title: AI Enablement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Enablement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our AI-powered systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement automation opportunities across the business.
  • Develop internal tools and workflows using modern technologies such as N8N and Google Cloud Platform.
  • Implement key projects, including building a knowledge retrieval platform and automations workflow that maximizes efficiency across functions.
  • Design and maintain APIs and integrations that enable seamless communication between internal systems.
  • Manage AI and automation services on Google Cloud Platform, including Vertex AI and vector databases.
  • Partner with the Core Product Engineering team to ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and well-integrated into our existing infrastructure.
Requirements:
  • Expert communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for making others' work-lives better and understanding internal business processes.
  • Collaborative mindset and history of working effectively with other engineering teams and business stakeholders.
  • AI and technical curiosity, with experience in building workflows and exploring new tools.
Preferred Skills:
  • Google Cloud Platform expertise, particularly with serverless and AI services.
  • Strong API development skills, with experience designing, building, and maintaining RESTful APIs.
  • Applied AI and LLM experience, with practical integration with LLM APIs and understanding of core concepts.
  • Vector database knowledge and low-code/workflow automation experience.
  • Agentic framework familiarity and SaaS integration experience.
